The midle-age town of Teggiano, above the Diano Valley, is a trip into past: you will find more then 10 churches, the cathedral of S.Maria Maggiore, the Normannic Castle of Sanseverino and the Diocese museum.

Few Km from Teggiano, you find the Chartreuse of Padula, dated 1306, with 32'000 square mt of surface. Its one of the biggest monument in Southern Italy, together with the Caserta King Palace, also in the Campania Region.
